Experience and background
Choy Kiew has more than 30 years of working experience in senior leadership positions across Asia Pacific, Europe, and South Africa, primarily in the pharmaceutical industry. She has a rich and diverse professional background, having lived and worked in Singapore, Japan for two years, and China for nearly seven years.
Throughout her career, Choy Kiew has excelled in leading both individuals and teams. She is recognised for her skills in spearheading strategic business initiatives within a highly regulated environment. Choy Kiew has also developed, mentored, coached, and motivated individuals and teams to achieve exceptional performance levels and deliver significant value to their organisations. While based in Japan and China, Choy Kiew was instrumental in initiating and establishing a coaching culture.
Her last role was General Manager Quality Assurance for the regions of Asia Pacific, Europe, and South Africa.
